Frequently asked questions

How does NFC identification work?

A compatible NFC phone can read the chip and open a link to a web profile. Viewing the profile requires internet access. Check your model and the information you choose to show before use.

Can I get it wet?

Check the care instructions and water resistance stated for your specific model before exposing it to water.

What information can I share?

Add only the information available in your web profile that you want readers to see. Review the profile's access settings and keep contacts up to date.

Does the NFC chip need a battery?

The passive NFC chip does not need a battery. Opening the linked web profile still requires a compatible phone and internet access.

Which phones can read it?

Use a phone with compatible NFC reading. Its behaviour can depend on the phone and settings; test your item before relying on it. Check the product page for any additional reading method.

Can I update the information?

Follow the instructions for updating your web profile, then open it from the NFC item to check what a reader sees.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Check the shipping terms and costs for your destination before ordering. Contact us if you need a delivery estimate.
