Shipping and returns

We will send the products to the address specified by the buyer.

Shipping costs are payable by the buyer, unless Siempre Contigo offers free shipping as an exceptional promotion.

Shipping outside mainland Spain is never free, except for the Balearic Islands.

The order will be available on pulseraidentificativa.com once payment has been confirmed. The original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.

pulseraidentificativa.com will ask you to choose the delivery location and specify your home, office or other premises and the delivery times you require. You will receive your order approximately two working days after Siempre Contigo receives payment for the purchased products, provided the order is placed before 14:00.

Orders are supplied only within Spain and the EU. Please enquire about other countries outside the EU.

Delivery is considered completed when the carrier makes the product available to the customer, as recorded by the carrier's tracking system. The recipient must check the order on delivery and raise any justified reservations or complaints at that time. The recipient may refuse the package if it has been opened or shows clear signs of damage.
